• a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors,
• employed as the Head of Building Control at the London Borough of Sutton Building Control Services;
• a part time lecturer on the BSc(Hons) Building Control Degree course at Westminster University;
• a part time lecturer on the BSc(Hons) Surveying Degree course at Kingston University;
